Stephan Young

Stephan Young is a composer of liturgical and performance music who throughout a 40-year musical career has been active as a liturgical and performing artist. For the last past 12 years he has been a member of the Bellarmine Music Group at St. Robert Bellarmine Parish in Cincinnati, OH. Stephan holds a Master in Social Work degree from The Catholic University of America as well as Bachelor degrees in Theology and Sociology from Xavier University.

Stephan is also a singer/songwriter and part of The Pierson-Young Project which uses original compositions in worship, concerts and other settings. The description below from an event sponsor provides a good description of their work:

In addition to his parish and personal work, Steve is a member of the MLK Chorale, The Body of Christ Community Choir in Cincinnati Oh and a regular performer at the Ghost Ranch Gospel Choir in New Mexico.
