Kevin Anderson is an accomplished musician with a lifelong passion for serving the Catholic Church as an instrumentalist, vocalist, and, most recently, as a composer and lyricist. He is academically trained in both classical and jazz music through his studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Kevin sings, plays the trumpet, piano, and acoustic guitar, and has extensive experience performing and leading in both large and small group settings. Kevin seeks to promote a deeper sense of worship within the community by drawing on inspired themes that range from the ancient to the newly revealed. His goal is to create easy-to-sing congregational songs that engage worshippers spiritually, emotionally, and intellectually, while proclaiming the Gospel in a fresh yet relatable manner. Quoting Kevin: “My prayer and sincere desire is that these songs may help foster a profound awareness of God’s boundless love for His people.”

Kevin currently serves as a cantor, chorister, and lector at Prince of Peace Catholic Church within the Diocese of Dallas.
